關于召開“2016中國（國際）烯烴大會”的通知

各有關單位：

烯烴是國民經濟重要的基礎原料，在石油和化學工業發展中占有重要的戰略地位。亞洲已成為全球烯烴生產和需求的增長中心，在國際油價低位運行和烯烴原料多元化的背景下，促進烯烴產業的優化整合升級，以技術進步提升競爭力成為國際石化企業應對挑戰的重要措施。“十三五” 是我國烯烴工業進一步優化升級、提高國際競爭力的關鍵時期。中國烯烴產業將以滿足市場需求和提升競爭力為目標，堅持“原料多元化、集中布局、技術創新、可持續發展”四項基本原則，充分利用好國際國內兩種資源、兩個市場，優化產業布局，大力推動技術進步，加快調整產品結構，發展高附加值、高技術含量的下游產品，提高烯烴資源綜合利用率，廣泛參與國際合作，促進烯烴工業持續、快速、健康發展。

在此背景下,中國化工學會將會同日本化學工學會、德國德西瑪協會，并聯合寧波市科學技術協會、寧波石化經濟技術開發區于2016年3月共同在寧波舉辦“2016中國（國際）烯烴大會”，會議將邀請中國石油化工集團公司、中國石油天然氣集團公司、中國海洋石油總公司、中國中化集團、中國化工集團、中國神華集團、陜西延長石油集團等國內烯烴行業領軍企業及Honeywell UOP、CB&I Lummus、KBR、DOW、Townsend Solutions等國際知名公司及咨詢集團，共同研討烯烴產業在低油價挑戰下的升級戰略。
