2019第二屆國際化工過程強化大會 (IPIC 2)將于5月27-29日在比利時舉辦
化工過程強化是化學工程研究的前沿。化工過程強化技術已經成功的被證明可以實現更加緊湊、安全、可持續和高能效的化工生產。第二屆國際化工過程強化會議（Second International Process Intensification Conference, IPIC2）將于2019年5月27-29日在比利時魯汶大學舉行。本屆會議將展現最新化工過程強化技術學術和工業應用，為您提供最新的過程強化發展趨勢，也為建立一個全球性的過程強化學術團體而努力。

化工過程強化技術起源于歐洲。歐洲化工過程強化會議European Process Intensification Conference (EPIC) 每兩年一次在歐洲召開，學術界和工業界參會人員眾多，影響力較大。迄今為止，一共舉辦了六屆：丹麥Copenhagen (2007)，意大利Venice (2009)，英國Manchester (2011)，荷蘭Hague (2013)，法國Nice (2015)，西班牙Barcelona (2017)。中國化工學會化工過程強化專業委員會主任委員陳建峰院士在2009年第二屆會議上受邀做了大會報告，在歐洲化工過程強化學術界和工業界收到良好的反響，展示了我國在化工過程強化工業化領域的領先發展。
亞太化工過程強化會議 Asia-Pacific Symposium on Process Intensification and Sustainability (APSPIS) 一共舉辦了三屆：Changzhou (2014)，Sydney (2015)，Barcelona (2017)。
中國化工過程強化會議于2018年在昆明成功舉辦第一屆，參會人數近500人，充分說明了我國在化工過程強化領域的研究力量和實力。
為充分建立國際化工過程強化學術團體的交流與合作，2017年第一屆國際化工過程強化大會暨第六屆歐洲化工過程強化會議、第三屆亞太化工過程強化會議在西班牙巴塞羅那舉辦（International Process Intensification Conference, IPIC1 & European Process Intensification Conference, EPIC6 & Asia-Pacific Symposium on Process Intensification and Sustainability, APSPIS3）。第一屆會議與第十屆世界化學工程大會（10th World Congress of Chemical Engineering）一起舉辦，化工過程強化特色仍有待加強。從第二屆起，會議將單獨舉辦，預計每兩年舉辦一次，在歐洲、亞洲和美洲之間輪流舉辦。
中國化工學會化工過程強化專業委員會主任委員陳建峰院士、副主任委員駱廣生教授、副秘書長羅勇副教授受邀擔任第二屆國際化工過程強化大會國際科學委員會（International Scientific Committee）委員。專委會號召化工過程強化領域的專家學者參會，展示我國化工過程強化的最新研究成果，學習國際化工過程強化的最新動態。
